What does the Facility fee cover?
It covers the hire of the barn and grounds, all staff, linen,
furniture crockery and cutlery required for the function.

What is the ceremony fee for?
It covers the additional cost to set up the venue for the
ceremony. It is not the Registrar's fee.

What is the Wedding Breakfast?
It is the main meal of the reception.

Are a cake knife and cakestand included?
Yes

Are chair covers included?
Yes

Do we need a toastmaster?
Whilst a toasmaster is not essential we do have toastmasters
who we are happy to recommend.

Are ball games allowed in the grounds?
No

Are fireworks or Chinese lanterns allowed?

Are outside caterers allowed?

Do you offer corkage?

Are we allowed to decorate the barn?
Yes subject to details being agreed beforehand.

Are we allowed to have candles on the tables?
Yes

Are we allowed to have tealights on the tables?
Yes providing they are in 50mm (minimum) deep holders.

Are we allowed to use our own supplier for the wedding cake?
Yes

Are we allowed our own florist?
Yes

Are we allowed to provide our own DJ for the evening?
Yes, but we do have approved DJs on our Preferred Supplier list.

Are we allowed to provide our own live music for the evening?

Yes, but we require any band that you choose to be vetted by our consultants Hines Entertainments whose details can be found here.
